New vehicle purchasers will receive a Thank-You Bonus of 30,000 Points to use toward future service or a new Ford.* Plus, earn 5,000 bonus Points** for your first retail service appointment after your purchase.
EARNING POINTS
How do members earn FordPass Rewards Points?
FordPass Rewards Points can be earned through the purchase of qualifying Ford, Motorcraft® or Omnicraft™ parts, associated labour from participating Ford dealerships and by members participating in qualifying activities and offers from Ford, through the FordPass App or website. Point-earning opportunities could include:
- Points with new vehicle purchase or lease for completing the following:
- Purchasing or leasing a new retail Ford vehicle from a participating dealership. To help ensure eligibility for the Thank-You bonus Points members should provide the dealer with a Member ID.
- Activating and maintaining FordPass Connect modem*
- Joining FordPass Rewards within 60 days from the purchase or lease date. See "Thank-You Bonus Points for Vehicle Purchases or Leases" below for further details.
- Having your vehicle serviced (retail repair orders only) at a participating dealer (restrictions apply)
- Eligible special promotions or offers
- Surveys, videos, or other eligible customer engagement activities
Members should provide a Member ID at the time of sale for Points awarding. If the Member ID is not available at the time of sale, members can go to FordPass Rewards Points Assist online or via the FordPass App to enter eligible vehicle purchase/lease information to add Points to their account. If there are still issues, members can contact the FordPass Rewards Centre at 1-833-502-1689.
Please note that the ability to earn and redeem Points on eligible Connected Services is unavailable in Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively working to expand our services. Please check back for updates on future availability in Canada.
How many FordPass Rewards Points do members earn for service at their participating dealership?
Effective October 1, 2024, members will earn 5 FordPass Rewards Points per $1 spent on the retail purchase of a Ford, Motorcraft® or Omnicraft™ part and any associated labor from a participating Ford dealer.

*Modem must be activated within 60 days from the purchase date through the FordPass App on a smartphone and remain active for at least six months after activation. Buyers of non-modem-equipped vehicles will also receive Thank-You bonus Points after enrollment. Visit a participating dealer for details. The FordPass App, compatible with select smartphone platforms, is available via a download. Message and data rates may apply. Offer valid through December 31, 2024.
**Customers with a purchase or lease date on or before December 31, 2024, can earn 5,000 bonus Points ("Bonus") on the first retail service appointment completed within 12 months of the vehicle purchase or lease date at any participating Ford Dealer. FordPass® Rewards membership required. Limit one (1) Bonus per VIN. Offer valid for first retail service appointment only. Members will earn Points on the retail purchase of a Ford, Motorcraft® or Omnicraft™ part and any associated labor from a participating Ford Dealer. Non-Ford parts or services on non-Ford parts will not earn Points. Bonus eligible for service performed under a Ford Maintenance Protection Plan. Offer valid for retail purchase only. Not valid on prior service visit. FordPass Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value. Points will not be awarded for paid taxes and fees. Please allow 30 days for FordPass Rewards Points to be deposited into a member's account. See participating dealer or FordPass Rewards Program terms and conditions for information regarding expiration, redemption, forfeiture and other limitations on FordPass Rewards Points. Offer valid on vehicle with a purchase or lease date on or before December 31, 2024.
